- So y'all got a peak of my son that does not mind being on camera. I think he should be on more!
Don't really go anywhere y'all. Stay with me lol. I am going to get better with recipes. I am telling y'all the thought of creaming together butter and sugar almost made me want to not make this cake. I honestly don't know if it makes that much of a difference. If you know, let me know.
Here is the recipe that I was trying to follow:

Here are the modifications I made and I think it came out really good!
I did not cream the butter lol
I reduced the sugar by half a cup and used
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
I added nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
And I used almond milk instead of butter milk.
I think I now have an original recipe! I will make it a few times to see if it still works!

Lol... I think I made my own banana cake recipe with this one lol. I was cracking up throughout this whole process. When I realized it said Buttermilk I was like ok this is something totally new now lol It was soo good. Very moist!
