Doc, good day! I was diagnosed as diabetic, with kidney problem. Now, I'm suffering this diseases for almost 2yrs. Without any doctors 2ho supervise since I can afford to spend for the doctor. Now I find out in my feet with a little black dot in my finger toe and my legs and feet feel like I am tied with a rubber, what is this kind of diseases doc?
