in my opinion i believe that the most important element to get fluency is to have enough vocabulary, i have just experienced this, i was trying to be fluent without having enough words which made me struggle and made my english very weak, but when i started focusing on vocabulary became confident and started being fluent
I think vocabulary is as important as speaking because in my case, I have good vocabulary but when I'm gonna talk I have to do it slowly because my tongue stucks.😂This an example, and I made mistakes but it's de only thing to do it. 😮😢😊

I'm not disagreeing, just wanted to mention that in the past year or so, I've been practicing talking in English, or more accurate pronouncing the language, by reading out loud (studying from sources in English..), and the progress is way slower than what I assumed it will be at the beginning. way waaayyy slower.
