The "YA murder" genre...

"Is this really a subgenre? Is scythe as good as they say it is? Did you dye your hair red, or are you really that bad at color balancing?" Please, please, I'll get to your questions in a minute. First, do not read heartless if you're looking for a sad book or romance. Second, I'm not going on a killing spree anytime soon.
NO, my hair is not red I was at the beach and in the sun all day and combined with my terrible color balancing it looks sun-bleached in all the wrong ways.

I really liked Scythe! I read the whole trilogy and I thought the worldbuilding was pretty awesome. I agree there were boring moments though and I didn't really like the romance lol
