My carnivore diet has evolved into my own keto. I still don't eat carbs but now only include the most beneficial and nutrient & vitamin rich vegetables . Cabbage, Kale and Broccoli, and the rest a mix of colourful veg (studies shows great benefits) bell peppers, red cabbage, carrots, etc. Can't think of the other ones. Watch as many Dr Eric Berg vids as you can. Great info which works for me.
For cancer killing, Try looking into frozen lemon or lime skin (zest) adding it to daily water, or eat it. I used to freeze limes a few years ago and consume it multiple ways. Heard it from Dr Charlie Ward
I was looking into modified citrus pectin. But bloody expensive and have to buy in the US. Trials seems to indicate positive results in treatment of prostate cancer. But I decided to postpone that option and go all in with cannabis oil. So much to be explored there, which I really have high hopes for. That and Amygdalin.
Just got to the end of the vid and I see you are drinking that tipco pomegranate juice. Stop drinking that shit immediately, please!. Low sugar/no sugar is worse! Natural sugar extracted and replaced with an artificial sweetener (double bad). For years I used to drink tons of fruit juice, even while on the carnivore diet, till I learned that (drinking) the natural sugar in the fruit juice WITHOUT the fibres from the fruits' flesh, is bad, very bad. One of my loves was fruit juice, but it had to go. Great result is I did lose a LOT MORE weight when I stopped! ITS SUGAR WATER. That's what I tell myself now. For example, drinking 1 glass of apple juice is comparable to giving yourself an injection of sugar equal to the sugar content contained in 10/15 or so apples needed to create the juice in the glass. I read recently that 1 apple has roughly 10g of natural sugar content. Don't be a fruit juice sugar junkie like I was!! What I do is berrys and watermelon and banana in a bowl with natural yoghurt & cinnamon (with honey if needed), snack on fruit, it's fkn everywhere! Soooo good for us!
The Pomegranate is a concentrate, and yes I know fruit glucose is bad, but that is the reason I do the concentrate and not the juice they have. I never drank it before, and if I find the benefits do not make up for the issues, then I drop it. As you, then I am also on an adjusted carnevore. Works fine. Steady at 88 kg now. It is 15 kg less than same time last year :-)

@@Lifewithprostatecancer the sauce is TERRIBLE for dogs!!!!! Super high in sodium. I made the same mistake until I researched it. It contributed to the death of Cookie. I thought I was doing all the right things, but I was wrong.

Stop eating the canned tomato sauce mackerel, also bad for us. High in sugar, sodium among other crap
I only eat the fish, the sauce is left for the dogs :-) And it is my lazy food. A few times a month. I prefer Norwegian mackerel that I fry up myself.
