Hypos are too powerful.. They cant run from them.. So they accept death.. Cause they cant do anything about it.. And you guys dont give back the Dinos they lost in the Server.. thats 300+ hours lost..

I actually liked the old anth when he actually put some effort into surviving and actually pouring some hours into the dinosaur you want to progress.

I love how anthomnia lied to us. He said random players would get to play hypos on his server. But only him and the people he normally plays with gets to play them.
Because hypos are not ready yet, when theyâre fully released they will be, but him or his admins shouldnât be allowed to use them because theyâre abusing them

But I wouldn't care if it meant I got to see a hypo AND got the chance to be in a video, in my opinion, that's pretty worth 7+ hours I be glad to lose to a hypo(Not to mention I would possibly get to meet a Dev). But in the end, when a Hypo joins a server, it will be like the world has opened and Death has come to bring upon a beast of which has no end to hunger and has no soul of which would carry mercy.

Unfortunately people who have the normal game and nobody knows us, we have no chance to use these beautiful / terrifying / beasts, what I know is that the hyper dinosaurs will be usable in the future 100%, but they will be achieved in very difficult ways .
Another thing that is personal, is what I think, is that if they do a hyper dino event, they should return the dinosaur they killed.
Since it is impossible to escape from a hypo because they are TOO fast.
The tyrannosaurs that escaped from far away seemed to not even move, so fast that the hyper dinos went.
But that's just my opinion.

I've been reading some comments and some people say its the player's fault to die. "If you dont want to die just log out from the server".
Well, thats not the solution. A game should NEVER force its players to log out in order to survive. The Hypos are an abusive and obsolete mechanic already, and they haven't been released yet.
Hypos break the game. I know its for the lore of The Isle. Those are creatures from the lore. But, in videogames, there is a core idea, a key principle, by which the lore should not affect the gameplay.
Those people are losing hours of they life because of a gameplay mechanic that is abusive.
The Isle needs to be balanced.
I think that hypos should not be playable. They should be an AI event that walks through an area of the map for a certain duration. They may be very aggresive and almost impossible to kill but at leats they would not be chasing players through the whole map and killing them. (Which is what Anthomnia and the rest of Nycta admins do) That is killing for fun, and losing 7 hours of your life growing a rex or a trike to get killed for no reason is very frustrating.
In this video, Anthomnia and his admins should have been left alone by their players. All of them being offline.

Hypos are not merciful, not your "buddy" that will spare you. They Are design to be DEATH, to KILL. I made a rant comment recently, if you want to see my opinion on the matters... When you see the server message say "Type-H spotted..." You have choices;
1) log out if you don't like leaving things to chance or risk.
2) Hope you can juke and hide from them.
Just remember, They are NOT your everyday carnivore. When a Hypo joins a Server, it is like the world cracked open and devoured all living creatures that run. They are Death, not a thing to look op and be weaker than a rex and slower than a long neck. Humans made these to murder and KILL.
The isle should release a new creature that serves as a protocol if to many hypos are on line, letâs say a new creature thatâs called the hypo killer. Itâs a carno sized creature with basic states and that isnât to OP, however it deals more damage towards hypos and can take more hits from hypos. It can break a hypos leg and maybe their jaw while also being able to cause massive bleed to them. This creature would be a tanky dilo towards them.
This could also be done for other strains.
There needs to be a way for creatures that arenât that strain to survive. If you want to survive a hypo, you have to be a hypo. You could also be a pue which is a huge advantage.
So he get a free killing machine and ruins everyone's growing work ? I'm kinda disapointed.

My dad just had an awesome idea for the type H creatures. He use to do game coding awhile back ago. He said they should try to make it animated to where, as an AI, it roams the map and who ever it comes across it engages. That would be awesome, but then he said the coding to make that work would probably be monumental.
Not much really, i think its not that hard, i mean if the devs can do with Ava IA or velociraptor Ia, the velo only attack small things, well the IA Hypo attack ALL and if you kill the hypo, you can transform in the hypo, HOPE ONE DAY SHREK ONE DAY XD

Yeah itâs a kind of sad now. Hypos used to be this dev only thing with an air of mystery around them, only being known for their immense strength and just appearing out of nowhere. Nowadays, Hypos just feel like a nuisance just getting in the way.
On a side note, why do we call them âHyposâ? The Hyperendocrine strain is based around increased body mass at the cost of high consumption needs. Calling it a Hypo would be calling the exact opposite, instead calling it weak. Just call it a Hyper, and if the message spreads, then eventually the Isle community will realize theyâve been wrong this whole time.

That;s why there is a "LOG OUT" button for you to press if you don't want to lose all that data you spent hours on "grinding".And most of the reason people died is because they were begging on getting killed while trying to get closer to the Hypos. And all those admin powers are like a price for working their ass off administrating the game's servers and keeping them up running for you to enjoy the game. dondi and foz should probably stop giving away free hypos. They aint scary anymore, they are just more annoying. like apexes, but more annoying. if it sees you it will kill you and theres nothing you can do. You might as well just not play the game. after 7 hours to get a rex, a CZcamsr spots you, and BAM you are dead. Hypos are still awesome, but i rather them be earned by hard work, not just given away to youtubers.

Yes, Hypo dinosaurs were made to kill everything in site but they shouldn't be handed out for free or grouped in numbers. Plus they are handed to tons of youtubers which makes matters worse for the players. I argree to many hypo's at once is rediculous. Its not fair for the players.

Oh cool, teaching people to avoid hypos by killing them on sight with a dinosaur that's much faster and stronger. Seems fair. I mean, I'd get it if you killed people who actually hung around you, but you just kill people regardless of whether or not they immediately start running after seeing you.

The entire server itself was warned before hand that there will be hypos at twins. Those who did not heed the warnings got to see the Hypo and probably died. Most players know this when seeing hypos and knows that they will die, but they mostly want to see the hypos anyways.
@Radio Playz Well, when there's an extremely powerful dinosaur that gets hungry quite easily, of course it's going to wander the map and actively hunt. Want to know how to avoid it? Just don't play on the server for the day.

Most people would see that message and just stay away from twins only to be surprised that the Hypos that were said to be at twins were there and was running towards them.

Okay every time I see a type-h and hear anth curse out a tree I just want to see them eventually add in the game where certain dinos can push smaller trees over and cause bigger ones to shift. like could you image drinking at a waterhole and behind you you see a the trees shaking than falling and just being pushed aside as a hypo comes through the woods

My geninually only problem is the killing for sport aspect.
Yes, hypos are meant to kill, but taking it to an extent where you activly seek out players.
If you were giving these players grows then it would be different, but setting people back hours for having 0 interest in interacting with the hypo and running away. As well as using admin commands to see people in order to kill them is.. Offputting.
Least to say I'm glad hypos are gone from legacy and admins cant abuse them anymore.

@@mikapie that's still setting people back hours the hypo is also faster and stronger than most so if it sees you your already dead you can't really fight back nor run you just lose hours of work because

Iâm not one for a flying play style in the Isle. I played Beasts of Bermuda a long time ago and whenever I played as a Pteranodon, I got bored incredibly fast since if I landed I would die from other animals and Iâd only be able to kill the tiniest of things, which I couldnât see from so high up.

I luv all the types of the dinos but the spinoâs type-h and type-n have to be one of my favorites of all the types, I also like tisso rex :3 (These are my opinions, all h8 will be ignored and so will be criticism.)

Yeah, like 90% of the players ran at first and made it maybe like 10 steps, but he kept going "Why aren't they running? They're not even fighting back!". Yeah, no sh*t they're not fighting back. You trample them twice and they die, you bite once and they die, you run about 3x faster, and even if they run into the trees you can surround them and slowly work your way in

I'm watching this October 2020, and I've just seen the picture of the Nycta Tyrannus and type-D (?) giga facing off. I've suddenly realised that the type-D's exterior looks a lot like the Mad Sauropod''s from Primal- it must have been co-incidence since the Plague of Madness episode came out April first, and this picture may have been around before that. I watched this video when it first came out, but have only encountered Primal in the last month, so only just noted the resemblence...

So I was actually interested in this game super super interested I love dinosaurs and I love it when they're portrayed accurately but after just watching these videos I don't want to play the game where you can lose hours of progress in an instant especially in this way

These battles are incredibly imbalanced and abusive of admin powers since predator can handily out run the prey which Anth really needs to realise before it kills his servers, I know this isn't a new video but here this point seems most apparent. He says the Hypos are supposed to be threats that are to be escaped and evaded but the issue is their near ridiculous power gap. Even a Giga would have little to no chance against a type H and the loss of progress caused is a deterrent but its a stupidly over compensated one, if it just brought a player near death it would be fine but the loss of countless hours of effort is unacceptable. Anth needs to put his community before his view counts and ego.
