  • In this video, we go through what Graveyard Carz is all about and dive into a few reasons the show lost viewership and what the show has been accused of doing. A little-known fact is that Mark Worman actually owns the production company that films his own show "Graveyard Carz." You WON'T believe what the show has been through!

With the exception of ANY show that has Jesse James in it, I've watched all of the automotive shows over the years. The title and subject matter of Graveyard Carz doesn't bother me at all. What does bother me is, just like all the others, they don't show much of the actual build. If they, or any of the others want to improve their show, BUILD THE DAMN CAR and keep the drama and other bs out of it!

Love this show. One of my favorite things about it, and a lot of people tend to over look, is many of the processes in the builds that he guides you through and explains, can be applied to other vehicles for restoring. Not everything on the show is Mopar specific in repairing or replacing, even though it's always Mopar as the example. Plenty of other car shows out there that don't do that, or just give you a quick lesson.

Mark is a mopar genius, and his skill in recreating factory restorations is top notch. It's the 'acting' that kills it for me. If Mark would stick to the cars, not showing off, dancing, berating people, basically acting stupid, I'd love the show. He should not be the center of the attention, the CARS are the star of the show. I love the knowledge he has and learning about the details of the cars. Just not Mark being a dufus.

Very informative and entertaining show. I've been watching since season 1. The show does primarily focus on restoration of Mopars (Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth) mostly in the mid-1960's through early 1970's, for a variety of real world reasons. I intend to keep watching and anticipate the show being renewed.

I don't know if Mark Worman has Google on stand-by, a shelf of Mopar books going back 2 centuries or is just able to remember every bloody Mopar detail since Methuselah. I just know the man is a genius in restoring these cars.
I also appreciate that he actually RESTORES these cars. The cars don't need extraneous sheet metal, obnoxious paint jobs, pointless customization and over-powered 700 hp engines to be beautiful! They were great in '68...and no one needs do one thing to them other than take them back in time. These guys show genuine love for Mopar muscle and that is what I like.
The only other car program that ever showed a similar love of the automobile was "FantomWorks"...RIP.

For the past 10 years maybe more I've been watching programs like this very often how they put old cars back together like Mopar GM Ford and Chrysler and and you know you know there's a lot of fun involved in it and you know what they had a little crazy too but still is a winner if they come back together and redo a new show for the next season

I'm an original owner of an AMC 1972 Javelin AMX, with 401 eng, not Mopar, but enjoy Graveyard Cars because of their meticulous attention to detail restoring muscle Mopar. Anyone can modify a car with bolt on non-original new parts, but no car show restores them to their former glory. What Mark Worman does is amazing. If you think restoration is "old school", lacks appeal, then why are Barrett Jackson auctions so popular, its the rare original restored muscle cars that bring big bucks, the demand it there. Buyers do want "old school" to experience what these cars were like when new, there's nothing like being behind the wheel of 50 yr old raw American muscle.

I watch the show just to see these old muscle cars restored, and Mark does a FAR better job than anyone else out there in this specialty work, especially the MOPARS!

As a big fan of the old Chevrolets I liked watching “Graveyard Carz”. The first season stunk to the lowest Hell, but seeing the end results of the cars Worman and the crew worked on kept me watching. The show got more interesting when Worman started giving his little “classes” about the details and trivial questions about the cars being restored.
If someone is getting tired of watching the content of the show, they’re not true Muscle Car fans and the yellow, 1974 Rallye Charger that was restored a few years ago I don’t think would classify as a “Muscle Car”. From the bird’s eye-view we get at times of the back lot at Worman’s shop I think it’s safe to say there isn’t two of the same car sitting back there.
“Mopar or no car”? Get out of here “Bowties” rule!!🤣

I like this show that despite the drama there are spots on the show where you do learn. You can gain some valuable tips from experts. I am restoring a non-Mopar 67 Firebird convertible in my garage. For those of us who are building cars in their home garages these types of shows are priceless even if you have to ignore the drama. I actually take notes at times. If you like modern cars there are shows out there for you so don't hate on the old school car shows.
