  • This is a short review of the ilitch Electronics Back Plate Noise Canceling System (BPNCS)
I heard about this product some months ago and was quite
    interested about the final results..
I'll let you determine if this product can effectively
remove a big part of the annoying hum that comes with any
    single coil electric guitars.
This product helps you eliminate hum in single coil pickups.
And is supposed to not altered the original single coil pickup
    like many 'noiseless pickups' do.
This is not cheap.. but it seems to do the job quite well.
    Let's find out..

Are you Happy with the Ilitch system? Is the Tone 100% exact? (I'm thinking about dropping the $$$ for my guitar.

My 69 Strat tone stayed the same after the installation. I'm very picky on that believe me.. No change ! I still play with this kit installed. Very good move I did.. And this is not destructive in any way. I could have it removed with no harms on the guitar.

Does this cancel noise from every position?

Yes. Not 100% but very close. Enough to not regret this installation. This video let you hear what I'm talkin' about.

Ilitch were the first to introduce this unit. So They are those I decided to encourage.
