Did U say "Barking Party" ? I laffed anyway.
The calmness with which Alex has 5s on the clock left and his opponent has like 2mins. And then calmly follows several more moves, pensively explained along the way, and suddenly his opponent resigns due to the sudden pressure and blundering a move. Mind blowing.
Exactly! With funny and clever observational analogies to go with his repertoire
People understand the danger of being in time trouble and blundering, but they often overlook that if their opponent is in time trouble and they move fast as a way to take advantage, they're also playing under time pressure and might themselves blunder! If you have an increment and get good at playing on your increment you can save a lot of games this way. And if you have a time advantage... try to make good moves. You op can think on your move, but they're playing a half move behind so your time advantage still works.
A Banzea video. The most anticipated piece of content in the chess CZcams landscape. Get it while it’s hot folks. Btw love the 5 min games, especially for those of us that have been following you for a while, the opening is automatic but i always walk away with new middlegame ideas.. thanks as always
I concur
Holy Glazerolli, Batman! 😅
Absolutely loving the Jobava london, I first discovered your channel by searching for caro kann videos and decided to give the good old Jobava a shot and I'm glad I did because it's easily mty favourite opening, Thanks for the great content man!
😂😂😂😂 one 🐕 starts barking and then all dogs bark in the neighborhood. This is what these 4 pawns are doing right now 😂😂😂 hilarious
I have wrongly accused this man of playing chess while skiing 😂😂😂
"Opponent is from the Luis Suarez' country, he wants to bite me" lmao I also love this one
Been loving the introductions with the highlight positions of each game! Makes it much easier to learn from them as it prepares me for the lines to come :) hope to see this continue!
The only thing I need is 5 times the length of this video! lol
Too good
Alex casually lets the clock get down to 3 seconds and then casually destroys the opponent lol
The Brazzers joke made me laugh my drink through the nose
I hope you don’t mind that on payday tomorrow I am buying your chessable course for both myself and my son Greyson.. hopefully you honor the buy one and share free with your 4yr old deal. You’re the best teacher on YT!!!
Alex I not only find your videos instructional, but very enjoyable as well. I really love your style and sense of humor.
Love the videos. This and your Caro Kahn videos. Excellent work!
I cant wait for your course, in the meantime ive been watching your vids on it and been using James Canty's course to hold me over. I got both your london and Caro course.
Looking forward to the course, Alex! Thank you for the amazing quality as usual.
“You downloaded your chess tutorial from Brazzers” 🤣🤣
Thank you for another entertaining video with excellent instructions too!
99.2 % accuracy, meantime Kramnik: this is interesting 😂
Pretty sure he already reported him 😉

You just made my month! Very excited for the new course!
Thanks for the course sneak peek while we wait!
Hi Alex - I laughed out loud at the biting /Suarez/Uruguay reference - well done and great content as well
Thanks for the consistently instructive videos AB
Waiting for your Jobava London course, I had purchased the Caro-Kann (61% win rate with it), and now just by learning from your videos on the London I have also over (59% win rate with it). Thanks for the great work, cannot wait for the JBVL from Alex!
Thank you very much. This opening becomes more and more interesting. Faszinating explanations in this 5 minute games.
The course was supposed to be ready last June :D anyway still looking forward to it!
Been a while since I visited your channel. Your Jobava games are solid gold mate, really instructive. I learned the London from watching you a couple of years ago, but have ventured into e4 territory to widen my repertoire, but I’m back for those cheapos baby!!! (Edit: Holy shit, I didn’t realise how much your channel has grown! Congrats my man, well earned, your work ethic is unbelievable!). 100K soon :)
Just found your video.. You can beat Gotham after this.. i mean on CZcams, on cheesboard you gonna have to prove it.. hehe.. you have the credibility to be the best youtuber chess content creator. Keep it up.
great instructions, thanks Alex :)
Thank you for this video!! I’m teaching my 4 year your Jobava system and we have been waiting for another video!!! Any suggestions for chess parents from your experience would be awesome content as well! Thank you for all your content and God Bless!!
Bro the commentary, full comedy, well done lol
Yay!! Another jobava video from my favorite jobava master! 🤸🥳
My new favorite chess channel. Keep it up 🎉
I was really hoping the BIG NEWS was going to be that the course was out today 😅
Alex thanks for the games - i like the " going to the store in flip flops " part. sadly, i remember all your jokes and that is how i know if i am re-watching a video.
Well, I'm usually panicking for you when you're down to 7 seconds mid-game, but you certainly have it all under control.
I'm definitely finding your pawn storm idea the easiest to play so far. I'm still struggling with early bb4 pin and pawns to c5. Hopefully I can get better but all these videos are amazing to watch. Love the late game tactics too.
I want to confess that I watch other streamer for a while and then my rating is plummeting. Now I need to rewatching all of your jobava, london, and kid videos to recapture my rating back. Thx for the amazing vid as always
Alex Banzea cultured for recognising the Luis Suarez Country
Thanks man! I want an Alex Banzea shirt or hat!
love those videos. So much positive energy
Alex, you're awesome! Thank you for your precious content
Thanks for another great lesson. Overall which one do you think is stronger? jobava london or vienna? I have been playing a lot of vienna games and its incredible how far ahead you get if the oponent takes the gambit in the begining.
Been waiting for a new jobava video, mostly for the jokes but if I can learn some chess that’s a plus😘
i swear Alex is one of the funniest guys on CZcams lol
Chess makes much fun to learn with your videos. Much love from germany!
*the opponent is from Luis Suarez country* 😂😂😂
" You probably downloaded your tutorial from Brothers" 😂😂
Loving the stach homie
The jobava london has been my mainly opening for the passed 2 months now
2 months is crazy glaze
I have been playing for 9 months😁
I love how at 52:20 you talk about if he had played a "better move" Ne8 while on screen the engine is telling us the original move Nf7 was actually the best move
Good job, thank you !
Any pre-order or kickstarter for your course? Just watching (and trying to learn from) your videos has improved my rating by about 200 Elo (from a very low level). I'll definitely buy the course.
@alexBanzea when will you launch your chessable course of JBL? looking forward to it!
When you are ready for the next paycheck, release the course!
@AlexBanzea I've improved from 1100-1600 rapid from watching your videos. Could you show a game with Jobova vs the Grundeld? The pawn on D5 screws up the KID line and I feel like my Jobova Knight is blocking my C pawn.
Also how to deal with the immediate pin on your Jobova knight.
I didn't know if there are a lot of people playing the Jobova, so people know how to play against it, but it feels like I rarely get the pawn storm or KID, and it just ends up being like a London where my knight is misplaced. Thanks!
Today I have a chess tournament. Watching your videos again without any practice is so funny and informative! 🤭😂
Another banger of a video. Good stuff. I've transitioned from playing the english to the Jobava exclusively over the last year. I have many thousands of games in the Jobava. I've beat many 2000+ players with it. I like how it makes some very wild and unconventional type of positions. I wish I could chat with you a bit about it. Curious, what do you think about Danya's Jobava course and ideas? I have yet to buy it, so I can't make a full assessment, but it has a few key ideas that differ. For example, in the pawn storm with Bf5, they recommend to get the knight to d5 FIRST before pawn storming. I've attempted this, but find myself less successful(but it could be I'm just gleaming the ideas off videos where he touches on it). I don't typically buy chessable courses anymore, not a fan of the repetitive move trainer(it turns my brain off), but I will almost certainly buy yours if it's loaded with videos. I have two very specific positions I encounter once in awhile in the Jobava, that just wreck me. Wish I could pick your brain about them. I recently experienced it against a WGM and now again today against a random. Anyways, thanks for all the great content and training material :)
Our dose of analogies is up.
Alex i had my coach says that jobava London is not that of a great opening cuz knight on c3 with bishop on F5 isn't great ,it makes me start to not wanting to play jobava London but I really like this opening 😭
Format and production always leveling up. Bossman Banzea ❤
Additional realtime edit for the barking party 😂🐩
Ready to purchase!!! One of the best videos u have made!!!!
Next, do a French course but not the Fort Knox! Thanks
Awesome as usual.
Alex can you make more videos on facing the Kings or Queens Indian when we start with the Jobava London Setup? Recently I feel like I'm facing them more and more.
Jobava, Caro and Alex forever 😍
need this for the 700 elo too !
Best chess content on CZcams.
NEW VIDEOOO!!! LET'S GOOOO!!!
Hey, thanks for great video, You have viewers from all over the world, greetings from Poland !
at 2:54 (I'm a novice) would knight to e6 not be the best move? pawn takes knight but queen moves in...(like I said...still learning)
Love Jobava. Like Alex. 🙂
11:23 Pretty sure you've mentioned this!
what if after f3, opponent h5 right away preventing g4?
Pure pro.
99? That’s sick! I am so happy to get 75+ the only 90% I get are the 15 moves or less
So funny and so clever. Briliant entertainment and education
I’m 600 sometimes and run into the Kings Indian about30% of the time so this is very instructional
Jobava London ❤️ 4ever 🥳🥳🥳
I mean, this is not a rare idea. This is how the jobava london was originally played by Jobava. Some players still play it like this.
For the Jobava Course, can you also include of how to play against the Shaviliuk Gambit (d5 &e5).
it will have everything.
@@AlexBanzea looking forward to it 🥰
Banzai Goatwork 🥶🥶
Could you maybe consider making a course on the benko gambit, please?
i l0v3 it mmmhhmm yesyesyes ido. thank you very much Alex. you never let us down, everyday feels like christmas 😁
chief, will you be at the euros in germany?
this guy making puns in a non native language. Brilliant
"Downloaded your chess tutorial from Brazers"... lololol I wonder that has a different meaning in Romania?? lolol.... I always come for the chess lessons and stay for the laughs.. Love your content brother
This is some real gourmet shit!
This has become my favorite opening. But i still mess up the middle game too much. Leaving me with a 50-50 win lose rate.
But. I shall get there
Ugh well jeez! That was my problem the whole time, i was getting my chess courses from Brazzers and not IM Alex Banzea!
Hi Alex! Would you like to teach us some endgame theories in the future?
I lost a tournament game against bishop b4, after bishop takes knight (bxc3) it ruins the whole queen side structure. So no where to castle. Can you address this line in a video?
Bd3-Nf3-Short castle, followed by c4 (I showed it a few times already)
More specifically this line:
1. d4 Nf6 2. Bf4 d5 3. Nc3 Bf5 4. f3 e6 5. g4 Bg6 6. h4 h6 7. e3 Bb4 8. Bd3 Bxc3+ 9. bxc3 Bxd3 10. Qxd3
Anyone else think Alex sounds like Luffy from One Piece? Has the same zest as well!
Lmao game 2 had me sweating for a sec 😅🤣
Alexandru-Bogdan Banzea #1 ❤
How do you deal with them rushing with bb4 by move 4??
e3-Bd3 with Nf3 generally
Banzeeeeeus 🔥
as a KID and Caro-Kann player with black I just get into the Carlsbad structure against the Jobava London. Avoiding that crazy positions
game 3 cu acelasi cal 2-a briliante la rand :)
The more I go up in elo the more I realize that it’s better to castle queen side but maybe I am wrong?
"Hey babe,
Alex Banzea just dropped a new video in the Jobava Londan... you know, the opening I played 3 nights ago and you wanted me to come to bed. But, I reviewed with you instead, and got so stoked because I won in dominating fashion."
"Ok"
"Yeah, it's an hour long, Alex my boy."
*has a big smile*
Actual conversation, I think she likes you too Alex.
Pin.
25:56 hahah
Alex I love you and I play caro because of you and trying out london but I still love the queen gambit but for all of us please shave ( I will also shave from now on )
