keratinos is the melee weapon , at 0:01 there is one frame where you can see it, I assume the reason you used titania is because of beguiling lantern, which is just decoy but with a damage increase and never dies. I have no idea how you moved the hitbox of the slam though.
Yeah, the slam looks like its a fist/claw and if the extended range can be duped by some means then that would fit. The other two options are something funky with affinity range or hitbox somehow got stuck so that any attack originates from the bugged location. Would explain the Atlas vid too.
The oversized black box can only be a subtle affront critiquing Knightmareframe's inadequacies, obviously.
