My stance on the game is simple: I don't want to pay full price for a 25 hour long depressing experience. From what I've heard the entire game is bleak with absolutely no payoff or satisfying resolution.

Sadly everything is taken to such extremes nowadays. Folks actually will hate you if you don’t like what they like. And will get mad if you don’t hate what they hate. Having independent thought is treated like the greatest insult to some folks. I hear it too, so I can just imagine what public figures go through when they express their opinions on a range of issues. We’re completely polarized as a society, where opposing viewpoints won’t be tolerated. These are the times we’re in, hopefully things will change for the better.

It’s not a coincidence that review embargo’s prohibit critic’s from talking about the game’s biggest flaws.
They aren't hiding any flaws if they give the game 10/10 and so far there are 48 perfect scores.
