I have been wanting to create this table for a long time. I do not know the name but its a great decor pedestal. This is a great DIY Decor Table Pedestal for bridal showers, Birthday parties, Baby showers and all luxury events. Its not hart to make and can be made with a jigsaw and brad nail gun. If you have a CNC or laser it can be a fun simple project that makes an impact.

Hey Ben. Totally unrelated, but I’m trying to make a crescent moon backdrop. Do you think a 4x8 is enough?
Hi, I have a video of me struggling to make one. I tried so hard to make one out of 1 sheet of plywood. But it kept looking small for what I was going for. I had to make it out of two sheets to get what I wanted. But it was close to 8ft tall, lol. So it depends on the style you are going for, you can make one out of a 4ft x 8ft sheet. How do you keep the jigsaw from moving sideways while cutting?
Hi, the main thing is to go slow for sure. The second thing is to make sure your blade isn't bent. As I have been cutting before and realized I was could not keep a straight path. I looked and the blade was very slightly bent and it kept making me swerve, lol. I hope that helps
Hey Ben, I have so much trouble cutting straight lines with my jigsaw. Which tool should I invest in next that is portable and can cut straight lines?
Yes, straight lines with a jigsaw is difficult. For most of my straight lines I use a circular saw. Then maybe a track guide or just some clamps so you can clamp a piece of 2 x4 down. And then just guide the saw side against the 2 x 4 wood and that helps a lot to get a clean cut. Also look at the kreg jig rip cut for circular saw or track saw. It is limited but wow that helps it so much to cut straight lines. Hope that helps and good luck!
