But the challenge is the calculated field i have created is shows 1 as an option in user filter screen on right side (wer we map user to field list)? I have use IF Else function on cal. Field that is why it is showing 1 as in true but i want the list of names to map to user In this case how to deal with it? To have list in user filter instead of 1 as an value

Hi Sir, Need urgent help please. I have built a user-based dashboard using row level security and it is working perfectly fine except for one issue.
We have provided the Area director filter on the right and the user that logs in can have access to multiple area director numbers as mentioned in below . User A -> Dir.A & Dir.B User B -> Dir.C & Dir.A
Issue that I am facing is, when I switch from User A to User B the dashboard is not refreshed automatically, and it shows numbers of previous user. Although correct area director values are populated in the filter. Once I select the value from filter, dashboard is refreshed.
So, my requirement is that as soon as User is logged in the values on the dashboard should be refreshed automatically without selecting the area director filter.
Hi, Pls make a video Where we can create table and add userid in it and connect that table in dashboard whatever user are present in my table only those can see my Dashboard. Pls confirm is it possible.

The table should be created in the database. Still you have to add them in the tableau server then it will work.
