I am thinking that what you say as "sea falcon", is the Osprey. They are very different from falcons, but certainly nice to see also. Indeed the Osprey, Peregrine Falcon and Barn Owl are among the most widespread (naturally) species of world birds. I did a translation of the Japanese text, which does not mention about the different bird species included. It is a comment about the filming equipment.
Ospreys and kites also live in the same area as peregrine falcons, so I included them in the video. I think the editing was not good. I look forward to working with you.

Very nice but why is the Osprey (eating a fish) in the middle of this film 2:46 to 3:27 and Black Kite later etc.
