Hundreds of Tabasco Chilis! How we process Them

Hurricane Ian left a trail of destruction in SW Florida. However, we were largely spared. Our only significant damage was to our fruit trees including our Tabasco Chili tree. To avoid composting them as a loss I am scrambling to find uses for them and have settled on a large batch of chili powder. In this video, I detail how I dehydrate tabasco peppers.
