My only gripe with Far Cry 4 is a certain way it was marketed. If you go back to developer diaries and informative videos, you'll notice they really sold Kyrat as two locations. The green midlands below the mountains, and the Himalayas themselves. I was under the impression a portion of the actual map would be a much higher elevated, and snowy part.
But in actuality, you only "go" there in a few instanced missions. My first glance at this confirms my oldest theory. The path up the mountain was always laid before my feet. All I had to do was fork over an extra $14.95 to the Sherpa.

Ok, I´m so getting this. I platinumed Far Cry 4 a month back and this is the right thing to get me back to that world. And it actually looks worth whatever it costs. The place looks decent sized with plenty to do.

The yeti was disproven a few years ago. Turned out it was a primitive type of polar bear, much larger than the current one. Change in climate and lack of food because of loss of habitat meant that they couldn't survive. Smaller, more conserving animals won out in the area. Even modern polar bears can't hunt like they used to anymore.

Fun tip for newbies. Yetis can spawn even before u encounter them in the main mission. U can get the AS50 and easily 3 shot a yeti into the prompt kill, 2 more follow up shots to it's head or body at close range will kill it.

This was some fantastic DLC, I had tons of fun with it :D
This video demonstrated that controllers do not compare to mouse and keyboard when it comes to certain games, such as shooters. That headshot would've been a piece of cake if he used a mouse.

I could've made that shot with a controller, piece of cake. It has nothing to do with the format only skill. And no offense, but when I play PC shooters I'm worse then on console, but I still do better, meaning the skill of PC players is significantly lower then that of consoles.

On a more Simple note...
Step 1: Find the AMR or Bonesaw (Which are fairly easy to reach)
Step 2: Aim at the head.
Step 3: profit in less than 3 seconds.
I´m still mad this or another snow area wasn´t part of the original game. The game starts in a very nice snowy landscape but than you only see the same gras and the same trees for the rest of the game except of the few linear level for the crasy armsdealer.

how to reach there?never seen it on maps.
With the AMR, I have killed close to 20 yeti. Head shots give 2500 xp while body shots give 1000 xp. Happy hunting
