I've been trying to duplicate some code from a PIC processor to do a very simple task... I bought a bunch of PMS150C uControllers along with programmer and emulator, but I can't make heads or tails of their Mini-C. It doesn't help that I'm a crap C programmer, but I can usually find example code that I can play with to get the PIC to do what I want... no such luck with the Padauk. Are you open to do some programming by commission?
