haven't been this enthused by a band for a very long time. best band out there by a mile. would love to see them do more UK tv appearances. the new album is a belter.
@Laura Craig No, not as opposed to anything. Just more. They are so little seen, or at least have been from 2017, and although they're back a bit now you just don't see them on tv anywhere. It would be so cool to see them do, for instance, a set on Jools Holland's Later... show or something similar. I have a suspicion that family life is probably a factor in their stepping back a bit.
@Laura Craig If family life has been a factor, it would help to explain why Head Soup came around; mostly pre-existing recordings to test the water and see if people were still interested in the band despite the hiatus. Clearly the answer to that was yes, so Oh Death was put together. I've only heard the one track, but it seems to be closer to World Music than anything.
@Laura Craig Unfortunately I've only seen them once live, but live gigs are much harder for me to go to for various reasons, so something on tv would be cool.
