We have the same low porosity 3c 4a hair but I have trouble with my roots frizzing even after doing a deep cleanse w apple cider vinegar. Any tips?

You have such gorgeous hair. I've got the most mixed up hair. Dry, fine, wavy mixed with straight, with a few kinky curls. And the frizziest baby hairs. I can't style it like white ppl, black, jewish, or hispanic. It's just its own weird entity and so unruly. Tangles so bad too.
Worst of all, since moving to a different country, I've lost about 60-65% of it, so it's terribly thin now. I can't do what i used to, which took decades to learn. I'd give up + wear a head covering now...except I can't because I have birth defects, bells palsy, and now also facial damage from an assault, so use my hair to cover it...but there's so little left now, it's not doing the job. Idk what to do.
Wait but which products were you using? Was that a gel followed by a leave in conditioner??
