Despite a lot of effort I still cant get the extension poles to fit on the spline and operate the hedge trimmer and Chainsaw. Brand new. Pretty frustrating really.
mine kept on going into choke mode everytime i pressed the throttle. then kept on dying on me. also took ages to start up. not happy with it. sending back
This when it new is a problem it has to ware in to work properly to be effective I found this out when I could not get the oil pump to work on the pole saw till they told me to mix 50/50 kerosene and bar oil then it only worked for a bit some time it take time for the pump to ware in The trick with this is patience it has to ware in I tried ruining the pole saw t with out the chain and bar on it, till I could see oil coming out The chain will take a while to ware in so you have to keep an eye on it till it stretch enough when it wore in it will only need adjusting ever tank or so the unit is quit heavy 7 and a half kilos for the power head plus the rest So I found it took time for my body to get use to using it. then it work OK
Hello, I had the same issue, when assembling the spring where the middle hooks in push it in fully. That has worked so far and hopefully that resolves your issues as well
You use unleaded petrol and two stoke oil mixed to the correct ratio of your machine, they are all different but they usually come with a mixing bottle.
The coupler does NOT work that easily. I had to modify mine so it would come apart easily and it is still difficult to get the attachment splined shaft to go fully home.
If you start it as video it will stall.Reverse the instructions had few of these and always been choke up and down to run.Tried as stated and conks out.Presume the plastic cover is printed wrong.
the one i have the choke is printed right but had a friend who had one that wouldn't run and he asked me to look at it and after a while found that after him having trouble for years the only problem was the choke on off was printed wrong way around on the machine .

I have the 2023 bought version of this and the English instructions are absolute ****. Half the stuff in this video isn't covered. And I swear the cutting tool has the sharp edge on the wrong direction of travel. or else I am extremely stupid (quite possible btw).

So approximately how long does it take for the oil pump to start working. I just purchased this item but the oil doesn't seem to be pumping out..

To stop the engine, push the switch foreword away form the engine, not back towards the engine like he said.
Some of the switches are back to front, mine is, maybe because its a UK model? What oil do I use for the chainsaw attachment?
@@TheKellie36 bit late but you should be able to use just normal bar & chain lube / oil. Just a question, what fuel ratio are you running?

Do you have instructions on how to change the trimmer line. There is no mention of it in the instruction manual.

Choke control operates in the opposite direction to what you have shown I think.
Where do I get a replacement chain for these.
Any chainsaw repair shop should be able to make one up for you, to the correct length and type of chain 👍

I found that happened to me. I ended up hack sawing the end so that it would fit.

motor has too much weight for trimming edges. not recommended for non mechanically inclined people as fixing is half the time spent together
