As an Ipswich fan, the best I can say about Daniel Farke is that I admired him even when he was at Norwich! He's not interested in his own vanity - he does everything for the team. Hopefully the Leeds players and fans will respect that.
You guys are good fans too, team looks great as well, excellent going forward and needed an extremely expensive bunch of attacking players (let's be honest) to put 4 past you.

leeds fan here, Ipswich were lethal on the counter attacks especially in the second half, and took great advantage over our mistakes, you guys played well but our front 4 were a bit more clinical, which is refreshing compared to the last couple of seasons
For real. Now he's getting a chance under Farke, I'll bet we'll see why he was signed (although that price tag is still disturbing!). That one goaal alone shows what's in him when confident and playing with a dedicated group. I also admire Farke for playing Gnonto after all of the negativity surrounding him. It paid off. I just pray that we can keep him and Sinisterra for the season. That front four will demolish most teams. Now we just have to FINALLY get a defense that doesn't concede so dramatically that a 3-1 lead still looks shaky.
I had a manager who played for Ipswich in the 1970s. Loved to see that jersey. Real pleasure watching the match without commentary, just stadium sounds. Made it feel more real.

If Leeds can hold onto Gnonto & Sinisterra & strengthen their shocking defense, we may actually be on the way upwards. But, at Leeds, anything can happen in the next four days. Very happy with the three points, but still edgy about the final days of the window. MOT!
glad to see that what he can recognise and bring out of a squad is being recognised itself up there; also glad to hear your lot have taken to him and pretty quickly too. we needed a full season before things began to click. i wish him well, which means i wish you well, though i wouldn't go as far as to say WALAW !! I quite liked Sam Byram when we had him though we didn't get that many games out of him over the last four seasons (none at all during 20/21 due to injury iirc). The only other link to your current squad is Patrick Bamford who had a rather fruitless loan for the second half of 15/16 with just seven games in the Prem for us, but then your fans have their own love-hate relationship with him, I believe.

They had one of the greatest legends in football as well, Bobby Robson.,, What a man he was. There was always a great atmosphere on our visits to Portman Road...Bloody long journey tho. Shocking officiating can’t help but feel hard done by hand ball goal last week then a clear offside goal for the first and ref’s adding additional time on top for other teams to score, anyways was a top game shame we keep conceding sloppy goals if we can get two full backs and a extra midfielder we will have a great season
Leeds wasted so much time with fake injuries we were surprised it wasn’t 10-15 mins in truth , must have been about 10 subs as well so where 5 came from is anyone’s guess
