Sana bigyan pugay Ng mga malalaking negosyante Ang sakripisyo ni Maria Orosa, a world war 2 heroine, sa pagpreserva Ng mga heritage history Ng taal. To help the guerillas and impoverished Filipinos she invented nutritious food like cassava flours, banana ketchups and others if I am not mistaken. I think she did not expect her inventions would be very beneficial nationwide and even become a world standard Filipino food invention like banana ketchup competing with tomato if I am correct. It is nice that they are also preserving and promoting the art and skill of making filipiniana burda and barong another Filipino heritage. During the final battle for Manila, Orosa was wounded in the foot by shrapnel and taken to Remedios Hospital, which overflowed with the wounded and with refugees from Japanese massacres. The hospital came under American shelling, and Orosa was one of hundreds who died there, on Feb. 13, 1945. She was 51.
