Here is my video idea. What if the Crusaders that survived and died were switched? So in the Ice fight instead Iggy uses his stand and saves himself, Avdol, and Polnareff from diying and they all 3 kill Cream which the story goes the same until they meet DIO where instead Dio kills Polnareff on the stairs which then Avdol and Iggy will try to fight DIO but DIO still escapes and Avdol goes with Kakyoin and Joseph while Iggy goes with Jotaro. In this Avdol uses Magicians Red and uses fire which distracts DIO long enough for Kakyoin to survive which Joseph would still go to tell Jotaro but when DIO stops time he instead punches Joseph through the chest like with Kakyoin in the OG world which Iggy replaces Pol against DIO which the fight goes the same with Avdol, Iggy, Kakyoin, and Jotaro. Also I couldn't think of a way for Jotaro to die so ether Jotaro survives with them or you can make up a way for Jotaro to die but also kill DIO.

I’d recommend trying to get warriors insignia from atlas, as it boost your melee damage (fist) by 10%.
He gonna need to get someone to carry him in atlas fight so he can get atlas tier upgrades
