There’s this really interesting one I saw that gives you a Gila monster companion. There’s also one where you can have a cat hang around your base. They can’t fight obviously but cats are really there to look cute.

The pee mod is at the same time disgusting and amazing.
I wouldn't go out of my way to search for a mod for that, but if a game has a pee function, you can bet I would try to use it on everything just to see what happens. Oh, and to pee on enemies after blowing them up.
