Farzi has to be the best debut for Shahid Kapoor in the Web. He was so good to watch and KK Menon Bhaisab what a fantastic actor he is. And Michael Sir 🐐
Vijay is playing a South Indian character, the creator did a great job by choosing a South Indian actor coz his southern accent Hindi mixed with English is so realistic, my friends who are from the southern part talk exactly like this , i think the decision of casting Vijay setupati and let him speak in his way of communication was great.

Now days I don't understand what kind of Trend is going on...they kept praising every other South guy they must very good at their genres but when it comes to Hindi genres most of the people can't relate with them they cud have cast any other man instead of Vijay...

@slayer Bhai sorry to say but RRR masterpiece toh nahi hain. Just b'coz usko Gora validation mil gayi iska mtlb ye nahi ki wo masterpiece. It's a big budget good film at best. Har doosri movie ke liye Masterpiece word use kar kar ke word ko hi downgrade kar diya hain logo ne .

Whoever wrote the script of this video please watch the show carefully. Mansoor dalal's character lived in Jordan (which was mentioned many times in the show even written on the screen for the first time).
P.s- there are many scenes in FARZI which are direct homage to Breaking Bad, even breaking bad gave homage to PULP FICTION. so be careful before accusing someone for Plagiarism.
Homage can't be given by copying storyline.....they don't have any script they speak their heart out

Vijay sethupathi's character is as Michael Vedanayagam. The character and name itself belongs from south India as you can see that he is speaking Tamil in between so the role of Vijay sethupath sir is clear.

Bro with due respect, amazing acting by Vijay Setupati. He was too funny, also good acting by Shahid Kapoor and K K Menon. Good show overall.
People were saying the family man is so good but when I watched it I realised Farzi was so much better, it doesn't feel too long and hook you every second unlike few scenes in the family man..
Farzi wasn't a slow burn show. It was detailed and very well executed storyline. All actors did well, including small appearances from Legend Amol Palekar ji, so wholesome to see him. Shahid Kapoor's character arch was something that went from a loser to the almost Kingpin.
People with low attention span are the ones who think episodes were long. (Yes, Both of you, and many others). Shows like this and Breaking Bad, or Prison Break can't be watched casually. If you look elsewhere, you'd miss an important detail.
There certainly are some events and scenes that can be trimmed off but that will be very insignificant.
It's a good show.
Very well executed storyline hogi par koi bhi police waale aise traffic jam par bewakufi nahi karte. If you feel Mumbai Police is like that then...what can I say. LoL
@@JohnDoe-is3dh have you watched The Family Man from same creators? There is a similar chase sequence where character Shrikant Tiwari takes a lift from a woman by lying and catches a criminal. It's for the comic value to depict confusion. Perhaps that's the only scene you watched carefully.

Everyone mentions the actors..They were definitely good..But also the dialogue writer must be praised. Dialogues were outstanding..And lastly, the way they filmed the show yaar..phenomenal..The long shots reminded me of Family man..Very unique way of shooting..
FARZI felt like a mixture of "Breaking Bad" and "Catch me if you can".

The only problem i had with the show was audio in some dialogs, it was clear that they dubbed over the original audio...

Am a South Indian, but lived 11 years in Dilli , so bhaioo mera jaisa hindi ti VIjay Sethupathi ki.. and The performance done by all the actors are marvellous, inlog jabardasti mazaak banaraha h.. from start to End The series were awesome by story, direction, and Acting.. overall 9.5/10 rating.

They are now taking problems unnecessarily now in the plots of movies . I think plot is good and fresh , I believe in Raj and dk supremacy and all the nuances are very fantastically explained and talking of breaking bad it was for drugs not for money .
But it is clearly inspired by breaking bad, but I won't say it is copy of it.
The best thing about this review is, instead of reviewing,they revealed most of story😑😑😑😑😑

Looks like they have limited interaction with indians from the south.
Felt like an Indian reproduction of breaking bad ... Counterfeit note instead of drugs ... Mansoor instead of Gus... Artist instead of Heisenberg. Felt some similar story type and vibes.

Kk Menon lives in Jordan. Come on it was mentioned many times in the show. Plus Vijay sethupathi plays a Central govt officer who is living in Delhi and interacting with many ministers he has to speak in Hindi.
Plus I would implore everyone to read the Trivia section in every episode. In one of those it's written that Raj and DK had the idea of creating a character with Vijay sethupathi when he visited them on the sets of Family Man.
And yes I also agree. Raj and DK don't want their heroes to have a normal married life. Like why? They can do so much to give depth to the character instead of just using this trope.
Mansoor bhai was shown in Jordan. Thoda detail mein dekho bhai....you will know.
And frankly this is defintely a good series and if you are relating it to Breaking Bad then every movie n every show will relate to anything.
But the story beats are too similar to breaking bad, maine kaafi reviewers aur reactions dekhe jaha par breaking bad se comparison kiya gya, and even i felt that on the first watch, even though i wasn't looking for it.

Shubham and Rajesh being the biggest critics of movies, have till date made the most cringe worthy and boring shows as of now, with poor acting, poor direction, same old preachy teachings, over done concept, poor dialogue delivery, cringe worthy jokes. I have been highly disappointed with the shows they have worked with on CZcams and Amazon prime.
Though I love their reviews, its usually appropriate and also fun to watch.
I like the Honest Review. But the script writer couldn't understand the show. Vijay Sethupathi is phenomenal.

100% agree with your review. Vijay Sethupati is an amazing actor, but to be noted his proficiency has been Tamil. He never seemed comfortable, hence his hindi dialogues often seemed rushed.
On the other side, Mansoor's hindi fluency made him feel like Manohar from purani dilli. Surprising how it went unnoticed from creative team as seasoned actor like K.K. usually does character preparation to make it seem believable.
The plot was great but screenplay never presented it to be suspenseful and gripping.
To be honest, the show is selling on face values of a great cast. But the creative decisions from director, screenplay writer are the sole reason it didn't come out as a must watch like Family man or sacred games 1st season.
Always wait for you both, no matter the review in which topic!

I just feel you didn’t watch the show properly and trying to find negatives. Mansoor jordan m rehta h and its clearly shown. Sethupati plays the role of a south indian working in mumbai and doesn’t know hindi very well and he fits the bill. Shahid k career arc is fantastic. Crime journeys same ho sakte h doesn’t seem like a breaking bad rip off. Honest review dena h toh thoda honestly deko bhai content
