On a side note few of your files look like they could use a cleaning lol. Easiest way to do it is to soak them in vinegar for a few hours to overnight depending on how clogged and rusty they are. Just make sure to clean them with baking soda and water after to neutralize the vinegar.

For Orthodox Pendants I use much better way!
Vacuum casting, the quality in this way just PERFECT!
Try dipping it in wax first then sand pressing?

Na ja..., das Ergebnis nach dem Guss ist ja ganz ok, aber nicht so, wie ich es von der Zahntechnik her kenne! Nämlich eine 100%ige Kopie des Originals.
Das ist scheinbar nur mit dem Vorheizen der Gussform möglich. Aber gut, das auch andere Möglichkeiten des Gießens erörtert werden.
Wie heißt es doch so schön!?... "Versuch macht klug".
