Selling the OC was so good but nothing will beat selling sunset
I’m a real estate agent in the OC, very familiar with the show and did some research. You are correct, the show is more fake than real. Especially when it comes to the real estate transaction aspect. Some of the agents have expired licenses, and half the transactions that I know weren’t off market listings aren’t on the MLS. So basically they either didn’t happen or they weren’t the agents of record. Still fun from an entertainment perspective!
You make literally anything so intresting, I have never heard anything of this show but you put me to sleep so fast by talking about it

Omg I was so excited for this vid!! I totally agree with everything you said, it was so hard to watch because of everyone’s behavior. Alex Hall and Tyler drove me crazy. So far my favorite is honestly Gio lol and I think Sean and Austin are such cuties. One thing I did like about OC vs Sunset is that I liked the houses a lot more than the ones in LA
Gio definitely grew on me towards the end of the season! I think all the houses are totally outrageous and way too "modern" and cold looking.. the amount of wealth in the world is sickening too.. some of those costing 100 mil & up - unfathomable!

I saw the title of this and binged selling OC all today lmao. I had the same thoughts. The behavior of the girls with Tyler on the beach they definitely really want him and I to me he was the hottest guy. Also surprised how many of them were married. I really do think Tyler being on this won't help his relationship and I wouldn't be surprised if in a few years things ended. Also thought Gio was gay and still do which makes me sad to think about if he is and is in the closet or even if he's bi and isn't being his true self. I also don't "love" any characters but thought the overall show was very entertaining
