“Paragnosis” means knowledge obtained from a supernatural power. To us this power is in the form of music. We started this band in 2015 based solely around our love for making and experiencing sound. To us, it is very therapeutic. Playing locally in New York City and the tristate area, we have built a standing in the music community, and always aim to hone our collective craft. Music is a passion of ours, and our ultimate goal is to spread joy and positivity through our art. Thank you.

I just went running on my treadmill to "Gypsum" on repeat and did probably one of my best runs EVER of my entire life. 😅 The new music from Paragnosis has such good energy!
