What if I have accidentally pressed my zips into the lock, tried to factory reset using a pen to press the button down but the button does not go down at all and I have a zip stuck in the lock now. What should I do?
@@sanghamitradutta2609 If you are at home and not in a rush, it is not such a big deal. Remember that three digits will give you 1,000 possible numbers. You would be surprised how quickly you can work through all possibilities. I had such a situation on a suitcase at home and it took me a couple of days. Every spare ten minutes, just try the next 100 numbers. Keep track of what you have tried with a notepad.
New suitcase. Followed the you tube instructions, to open case and reset pass number. Now I can't open it with either the factory setting of 000 or the pass number I entered. How can I start again?
I found you needed to really push that little button right in till it stayed in (use a fine thing to press with) before you could set the combination. On sliding the black square bit across, the little button shoots back up and you're in business

My fear for this is why I haven’t even locked mine, especially since employees at kohls didn’t even know how to unlock until somehow they did

Can't. You need a TSA 007 key or patience
Try 001 or 100 then go from there
The lock on the outside looks like it should have a key as well, my case didn't come with a key?

@@gtr161 that is for a TSA lock so they can open your luggage in case something shows up on xray

So anyone can reset this lock by simply using a pen, is that correct? 🤔
They have to know the original combination first. If you set 3 digit code other than 000 they would have to know that first before they did the reset

I don't see how this is secure as thiefs at the airport can easily change the pin
it’s meant for accidental openings it says on the lock instructions it won’t protect theft
