First of all to those who are questioning for all, you know, this is an all women service that this woman is speaking at. Also, for those quoting the scripture, I suffer, not a woman to teach, nor do usurp authority over the man consider that Paul was saying that he does not allow it, that he did not say that as a command from God, however to usurp authority means to take it by force if this woman was given the permission to speak, it is not usurpation.

Women should not be preaching or in the pulpit they should be silent other than testifying and singing.
Women conference can be ok for other women to speak to other women . Veil is the covering hair is the just the natural covering in nature also it was to cover body parts in the garden of Eden on eves hair& body . Angels know the power on the head is not just uncut hair I do believe uncut glory and a head covering is a personal conviction and sign of respect to God. Not another doctrine. Many upci and other oneness churches are allowing too much vocal authority of women speaking. They change the scriptures and use Pauline Paul sexists excuses to back up women preachers .

We read in I Corinthians 11:15 that "if a woman has long hair, it is a glory to her, for her hair is given to her for a covering." Something that is a glory should be given special care and attention. Hair should be groomed and worn in a tasteful and attractive manner. If left on its own, it would soon become quite unattractive.
At the same time, one ought to keep proper modesty in mind. Some have gone to extremes out of vanity, which, of course, is certainly not God's will. In I Timothy 2:9-10, we find these instructions: "In like manner also, that the women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with propriety and moderation, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or costly clothing, but, which is proper for women professing godliness, with good works" (see I Peter 3:3). The "braided hair or gold or pearls" Paul mentions refers to a popular hairstyle of the day in which women piled their hair in an lavish set of braids interwoven with expensive jewelry, an attempt to proclaim their wealth and high station and incite envy.
Because Paul mentions long hair, some have been afraid to cut or style their hair at all. Notice, however, that I Corinthians 11:15 does not read "uncut hair"; it reads "long hair." The Bible nowhere prohibits tasteful cutting, curling, styling, or setting of a woman's hair. Any length is appropriate if the hair is long enough to be a covering and feminine. Any style is proper as long as it is modest and looks feminine.

@@monicaoneal6495 biblically sound doesn’t pick and choose what it will follow. You have to take it all. What Paul wrote was instructed from God. Just as the rest of the holy Bible was. There is no woman preacher in the Bible and there is no woman preacher at all. There never has been and there never will be. The gospels were written be Matthew, mark, Luke and John. Just as Timothy was written by Paul. And it is all the word of God. It will not pass away.

But I suffer not a woman to teach or usurp authority over her own husband, not all men. This harmonizes with the scriptures concerning a woman living with an unsaved husband. She does not know if she will win him. She can win him by her Holy lifestyle rather than her repeated pleading and persuading and teaching him. Because he won’t listen to God, her best strategy is to peacefully live her faith without saying a word.

Lord, have mercy , stop teaching people that . Alot of women especially black women have hair conditions that require them to have to cut their hair . It's not a heaven or hell issue. Been raised in Apostolic Pentecostal and now that I'm an adult I realize there was a lot of things that weren't taught correctly 😳. I still believe in Acts 2:38 . God open up our understanding 🙏🏾.

Yes women can preach. That scripture Paul was referring to to my understanding was the women back in those days they spoke out in church asking their husband's questions so they were told to wait till they got at home to question about what was being preached in the service. God can use whomever he will to get the gospel across the nation's there were women used all the time in the Bible even approach Kings. It's just a matter of searching the scripture asking God for understanding.

The power isn't in the hair..the power that the scripture is referring to is the power of God thru obedience...this whole thing about these women not cutting there hair and having some kind of special place in the plan of God is nonsense and it actually is a practice that is taught in the world of the occult...😳😳😳
