For example if Zach Lavine intangibles are up, you will see him rebound, score, defend, do everything stat wise, vs them being down you will only see him score because that’s what his main player build is. Which hopefully explains why their overalls go so high when that attribute is high

Bam would be one of the last players the heat would trade away. Plus it doesn’t make sense to trade KP away after you just traded for him the prior season. You’re the number 1 seed so it’s not like you need a major upgrade anyways.
The Bam trade is good right now, because you get Bam, a player who will just get better at 25 and is locked up, and you get Pat Bev to help with Davion out for a while. Also having him as depth will help going into last couple weeks and playoffs. For the small forward issues, I think having Herb is working out well. If you need to get something more, and don't like Pat Bev, you could trade him with a pick and see what's up. Or, Because you now have Pat Bev, get rid of Elfrid Payton (who rarely gets minuets anyways) and ship him off with a pick for a SF who could score more off the bench, as you already have 2 defensive minded wings, along with Davion and Pat Bev, along with Bam. Defense will be helped with Bam, and getting a bigger wing who could score would help round out the team at all positions, along with size.

For a young team, ideally for them you would get rid of Jimmy for cap space and age, but in this universe they have to decide to keep either Bam or Herro, and they happen to want Herro more, shipping off Bam for a solid center and draft capital. It doesn't have to be 100% realistic, and we want to have fun, and in this universe we can just say the Heat are in a tough spot, bordering a complete rebuild, bottom of the league, and decide to change it up.

There was a good trade in the trade finder: Mikal Bridges & Jonathan Isaac for Porzingis, 23’ 1st & 25’ 1st top 3 protected. Bridges can play the 2 & 3 and Isaac can play the 3,4 & 5. Would make sense with what you wanted to go for position wise.

I think if you get Bam (haven’t watched the full vid yet so idk if you trade for him or not) I think they’d accept minimum 2 first rounders in a realistic Kenny verse situation. They getting rid of a big contract but it’s also Bam who is younger than Jimmy and is more of a trade asset so I feel like they’d like picks and obviously they get KP who gets salary cap off of their books to sign Herro.

Intangibles is literally about things that don’t have stats for them, like leadership, emotional intelligence, and team player type shit. This is cap.
