I am an ISFP. According to that I am "Charming, Sensitive to Others, Kind and Encouraging, Imaginative and Passionate." Idk if i see myself in those words exactly but i do know that i am a very loyal person, so that does make sense. Furthermore i struggle with "outside Structure, i am Unpredictable, i get Easily Stressed, Technical Problem-Solving and i got a Fluctuating Self-Esteem." And i totally see myself in that except for the unpredictable part. But i guess it's hard to be unpredictable to yourself cause my own decisions tend to make sense to me. Constructive feedback: 17 minute intro with an ad again after 3 + poor camera quality? also, you interrupt the guests a bit. I enjoy Kate and Sarah’s online space and I’ll enjoy this pod.
Shannon, I love all the influencer content but I think it wold be great if you branched out a little sometimes. There are so many queer stories and relationships out there...representation is great but it also needs to be wide-ranging and diverse.
You probably don't need this but honestly truly if you want to chat through ideas or get tips on interviewing--I think you'd be great, but going out of a comfort zone is hard!--I'm happy to talk w you, I used to book shows and do interviews. Journalism used to be a job haha but seriously, I am not offering in a patronizing way but genuinely when I want to try a new thing, it helps to talk it through w someone.
