No they don’t count. They are compulsory and are a part of the requirements. Any other letters outside the three references letters will then count towards the evidence as one piece of evidence
When we get this endorsement and we travel to the UK. Will they sort accommodation and will they give us a job base on our text skill or when we get there we sort that our self? Thanks for all this information.

Do they emphasize on work experience? Do they count projects one did independently as experience?
