Hi, which serotonin receptor is linked to weight gain?

      Hello, thanks for your question!
Atypical antipsychotics such as olanzapine are thought to cause weight gain by antagonism of the 5-HT2C receptor. The true mechanism of serotonin receptors and antipyschotics are still an area of active research!
