    Very patient and clear explanations. I hope following your videos could help to preserve good mental health to parents😊. Biggest challenge is not in treating the autistic kids but treating the fears of their allistic parents. Thanks for your initiative.

    Your video is so discouraging and demotivating. How do you say there is no cure for Autism? Maybe, you have witnessed only so much. Parents who have given therapies/early intervention/biomedical for kids on mild spectrum has maximum recovered their kids and alot many of other spectrums (moderate/even severe) are close to normal. Don't sow words of discouragement to autistic parents if you don't know, exactly. Try to collect more data's on recovery and only then post your videos of discouragement. I have personally met so many parents who have recovered their kids. So please stop talking like this just because your centre has not witnessed recovery among children.

      Hi maam ! I have a masters degree in SLP, I have 5+ years of experience, Ihave worked with 500+ families. I have done various certifications pertaining to Autism, I am a Rehabilitation council of India registered and Neurodiversity affirming practitioner ! I know what I am talking about ! Please do your research before you post defaming comments online !

      I am a Big advocate for Early intervention and early supports ! These intervention when started early on, has a HUGE IMPACT ON the child and the family's overall quality of life. BUT AUTISM HAS NO CURE, BECAUSE IT DOESNT NEED A CURE. Its a not a disease to get cured from ! You can get cured after having a headache, fever, cold ! AUTISM IS A NEAUROTYPE ! ITS A NATURAL WAY OF BEING ! THATS WHY IT DOESNT NEED A CURE ! Autistic people need supports and accommodations to learn and thrive ! BY SAYING WE HAVE CURED THIS CHILD FROM AUTISM, WE ARE ONLY SHYING AWAY FROM THE CHILD'S ACTUAL IDENTITY AND abandoning AUTISM ACCEPTANCE ALL TOGETHER. and thats not the way to march forward !

    • @andhaadhirehab.speechtherapy
      @andhaadhirehab.speechtherapy  Před 4 měsíci

      Also, there is nothing like - Mild, moderate or severe in Autism. By using these terms we are only approaching Autism like a disease - the mdeical way. czcams.com/video/UjN7OIdAU4s/video.htmlsi=Xz0gWH4iqLrYfhOT Please educate yourself !

      @@andhaadhirehab.speechtherapy 1.I own more degrees than you! That's not I am looking for.2. You may have seen many families. But, are you one among people who are into such a situation. Say, an autistic mom or an autistic sister? It's so painful for me even to ask this to see you..
      3.See,I don't ask you to give false hope to all autistic parents. But, you could say autism is highly treatable.
      4.To parents who start their journey fresh when you say autism is not curable. How would they take this? Would they feel like working with their kids?
      5.As autism is not curable please close your Centre. Never open your centre with such an attitude. As the administration itself has no optimistic view.
      6.Here,I can tell about my studies and centres/branches as well. But, that would turn as marketing and that's not my intention, as well.
      7.Autism is highly treatable
      8.You say, there is no spectrum. That looks insane to me. Autism is a broad spectrum with a wide range of kids being mild, moderate and severe.
      A therapist should assess that to know how much level of support that individual/kid needs. Unless, evaluating it's difficult for the parents/society to understand their kids
      9.I am not standing against you but against your statement....

    • @andhaadhirehab.speechtherapy
      @andhaadhirehab.speechtherapy  Před 4 měsíci

      Using terms like Hight treatable, mild, moderate, severe shows to me that You are not aware of the Neurodiversity affirming paradigm ! I feel so sorry for the children and families who are getting your services which might be misleading as its working towards cure for autism ! AUTISM is a huge spectrum ! But its not linear like - mild moderate, little bit or too much autism ! I would recommend you to courses like this to get familiarized with ND affirming practices ! courses.starwalkersclinic.com/courses/Autism-Support
      Our center will always be open to support, nurture and accommodate Autistic children, teens and their families ! We don't aim to cure them because they are good to go as they are ! Optimism
