I cant believe how spicy some jamaican food is, the chillis they have are biological weapons. I always wonder how Guinness and stout got so big in jamaica also.
Good to see food places cooking like this in fresh batches in front of you, a lot of these places just have a few meat sauces going all day instead which they add the recipe vegetables to, quick and efficient but much less flavour and variety
