Nice addition to the A T Adrian. Looks to be a well made item and ideal for all the items we need on the road.
Keri got a laugh about Dalmore, because we got told “he’s too fat to jump in the back” of Amanda’s car. Nice place for the drone video and excellent shots of the coffee pouring, thanks Wendy.
    Best regards to you both.

Thanks mate. I had to laugh - Dalmore was wracking up Z’s in the container. Wasn’t all that motivated to come out for the camera!
Think it was because it was lunch time. When we arrive in a morning he is out jumping about waiting for his hand-out.

I had something similar when I first bought the NC. I don't use it anymore since I installed the Ventura rack. I am sure I will be dusting it off when I get the Rebel.

Have you had a look at the side stand yet? I've seen a lot about them being of inferior quality and being changed for an aftermarket side stand. They seem to bend easily. Really glad you have moved from the NC to the AT. Eyeing the AT for my next as well and now i can continue to follow you and pick up tips and tricks ahead of time! Thanks as always for the informative content.

      Thanks mate.
Side stand? I don’t swing on it like some do as I’m able to get on the bike just by putting my leg over the seat.
So the stand only has to hold part of the bike weight - which is what it was designed to do.

So... I still haven't found a bag like that which can be locked to the rear seat... The search continues.
Did you check to see if it fits the rear seat of the NC750?

Agree. “Lockable” really has to fall back on a hard case.
Yes it will fit the NC seat.

Hiya Nice video thank you, You know I may be tempted to put the bag on the rear rack when your not using the top box, did you consider that, what do you think.

Ha! That’s todays job. Can’t just put it on the rear rack as there are four large bobbins poking up that the top box fits on.
But am going to make a plate that sits on top of the rear rack plate (too much faf to remove this plate) that can be easily removed when using the top box.

Good on ya mate, I'm looking forward to seeing you making the plate adaptor I do like your making stuff vids. Good luck with it mate.

@paulegan7250 - thanks but I won’t be filming it. Making stuff isn’t generally popular so mucks up the CZcams algorithm.

why do they still make bags that need a raincover over it ?? Bags should be waterproof without it.

    • @AfricaTwin-Stuff
      @AfricaTwin-Stuff  Před 8 měsíci

Interesting question. Even premium brands of adventure panniers aren’t waterproof - Even the hard luggage! Weird.

The highly regarded LOMO water sports company in Scotland have a selection of motorcycle drybags and a couple of waterproof tank bags.
