This set was shown 2 years ago and another valentine set was shown this year which was the continuation or somewhat related to the previous set of commercials. Jollibee creates these short stories on special occasions such as Valentine's, Mother's day, Christmas, Father's day etc. and all these ads are very relational and heartwarming. They will show you the real Filipino values and our culture. Oh and another thing is that Jollibee is slowly becoming a staple fastfood in North America, Canada, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. when i saw the title, i knew this was going to break your heart a little. Great reaction. Just a little info, Jollibee is the biggest fast food restaurant in the Philippines, and there are a lot of stores scattered around the US. When i say biggest i mean a little under 1000 stores in a country the size of texas (but separated into 7100 islands). If there is one near you, i suggest you try it. Another thing is, these are special commercials, primarily shown on social media and youtube/facebook. There is a shorter version of these that are aired on TV. Also these are 2017 valentines commercials, there are a new sets, but there are other great commercials other than Jollibee ones. Lastly, not all our commercials are like these, we do have your typical "buy me" commercials but there are still a lot of those that are like this. Commercials that make you feel, either sad, proud, happy, ect. It makes a better impact on people, and as Filipinos we tend to cherish, family and values more, so these kind of commercials are effective because we can relate more to the company. Making them feel like family.

We drive 3 hours all the way to Houston to get Jollibee, it’s that good, lol.
even though they were made last year, these commercials are very well done and pull at the heart strings with a lot of emotion, especially 'Date.'
These commercials made many Pilipinos love delightfully through the test of time. American mum, I get the feeling the way you felt the emotions on those videos. I cried a lot cause I can relate into it. You are the best reaction I have ever watched.

Whoever suggested for Mum to react to these videos, OMG you tortured her dude! lol When she reacts to an episode of a TV show, the emotional scenes are usually spread out over the 43-minute run, so she has time to breathe and recover, and sometimes there's usually only one impactful scene in the whole episode. In this video, she had to react to THREE very emotional 3-minute commercials one after another with zero recovery time. I have to say, I've never seen Mum sob like that.
