I’ve always liked your vlog style; you going to the store, getting Alfred, going shopping, hanging out with friends, stuff around the house, can’t go wrong with just posting girl. Let your creativity shine through.
A good way to keep your area clean is to put baskets around your house (where ever you feel like gets the most mess). Whenever you feel lazy and don't feel like putting something up right away, you can put it in the basket or if you need to put something that belongs upstairs, you can put it in the basket next to the stairs. And then when the basket is full, that means you have to put everything up. Of course you don't have to wait for the basket to be full to put things up but, it gives you a line you can't cross :)

Cheers for this vlog was such great timing; just sat down for the evening here in England before I head back to Scotland for the remainder of the week! Great to have the motivation to tidy and clean my room; get some laundry done so thanks Alisha. Brilliant to have Ashley and Remi on the vlog for a work out. I almost have my bachelors in psychology I would not go off just because you’re feeling better. You’re probably feeling better because the medication is working. There’s nothing wrong with being on medication as long as you were not having any negative side effects.
I never find your blogs boring at all!! But, I love watching someone trying new things- experiences, restaurants, activities, projects etc! I love living vicariously through experiences so I think that could kinda spice things up!
It depends on how you are reacting to your meds, and you get to the point of when your meds aren't working anymore. That is when you can consider good off the meds before you change meds. Because you will then detect your meds. It may help.

I had a fly problem too. Use half water and original pine sol… put in a spray bottle and spray by the entrance when ur coming in and out of ur house. It helps keep them away. I do it every other day. Hope it helps
I put myself on the meds for high anxiety && mild depression… One time, I tried to see if I can go without my antidepressants… When I did that I got extremely emotional… It was the hardest thing I’ve done… I was told it’s ok to be on them && don’t feel ashamed about it… Maybe one day I can go off them completely… For now, my antidepressants will be a part of my life!!
Alisha, I’m on antidepressants and I’ve had so many thoughts about not wanting to depend on these meds but my dad put it in such a good perspective; when you have things like depression you have a chemical imbalance in your brain and the meds you take are to give you those chemicals that you don’t have so it’s not something that you depend on so much as it is just something that helps you be fully you ya know?
