It's really Nice and informative video. You can also visit a video of friendly hotel at Colorado, US czcams.com/video/Q1zE-5wT9PI/video.html&feature=emb_title
I kind of fast-forwarded through, but it looks like you missed the Rodeo Museum, near I-25 and Fillmore. If you love rodeo and leathercraft, it's a must see. Some of the saddles are over the top. C Springs is the best tourist town in Colorado, affordable, accessible, family friendly. Plus, if you want to spend lots of money, there's always the Broadmoor Hotel. If you like Mediterranean cuisine, Four by Brother Luck downtown is amazing. C Springs gets bad press because of the Biblebangers that seem to dominate, plus a horrible incident in a gay bar a short time back. I might suggest visiting Garden of the Gods in Winter. Less crowded, and the snow on the hills is gorgeous..
the manitou cliff dwellings should be on the list... and they are not part of red rocks open space... this video is going to have people looking around for something that's a mile up the highway... also, cave of the winds, air force academy, glen eyrie castle are all better than half the stuff on the list
You forgot the incline! As a native it’s interesting to see these spots as tourists attractions but due to this population growth it’s definitely becoming overcrowded! We just ask that you visit and not stay lol 😆
@@Nate-pz1rf I think what he meant is that one of the pictures used for the Olympic Training Center was the Chula Vista. (2:35) Entrance sign reads, "Chula Vista."
For one there Is a lot of drugs and homeless people there and two just this week they were investigating a murder that happened there. also there is gang activity around there.
you should check the Stetson Hills area. They have many new apartments. Things might be a little expensive housing prices have gone up in the past few months. Good luck on finding an apartment.
Ok...GOTG is most definitely the place to see, as well as the trading post on sight there. Pikes Peak not worth the fee imo, otherwise it would be worth your time. Old Colorado Springs is somewhat interesting, but nothing special. Olympic training center is ok, but if you skip it you'll survive. The cave dwellings should be included in this list somewhere. The Broadmoore Hotel is also worth your time, and they are extremely welcoming. Downtown was a disappointment, but neighboring Manitou Springs is a must see. Yes, there are an alarming amount of vagrants, so be prepared for that...and they are predominately aggressive as well. I'm the kind of person that has any qualms about handing over some $$$ to those who are less fortunate, but when they have a decidedly hostile nature, I'll pass. And by the way...I barely make ends meet myself. Overall...I didn't like the vibe many locals were sending out, but most people were decent enough. 3 days there was just right, but I was ready to leave at that point for sure.
I liked garden of the gods, but the whole town is full of crazy meth heads! Seriously every other person was out of their mind shouting to some made up person in their mind. It was terrifying. Town was kinda cute, but the druggies ruined it.
Where were you exactly? I've been to the Garden of the Gods numerous times and never did I witness people yelling and screaming. Now, if you were on the Southeast side of town or downtown, that is highly likely. Any city, is going to have crime and drugs. Period. So, I'm not exactly disagreeing with you. However, Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs and the towns in the surrounding areas (Woodland Park, for example) are still quite beautiful places to live with Pikes Peak as a backdrop and Cheyenne Mountain. Colorado Springs is the second largest city in the state, so we do attract all kinds. Once marijuana/THC, became legal, we had an influx of people moving here, also. And as another person said, we have several military bases.
I live in Colorado Springs and have seen all of these places. You should definitely visit them sometime! :)
Tim Mello I’m going to see some of them here soon :,) very excited !!
Chloe Walker I went to a lot of these, and it was one of my favorite trips so far!

One of the best cities to live in. love the springs. Only second to Santa Ana, SS California.
Very cool.
Would there be any way I can upload this in a way that I can save in my computer so that I am able to upload it to my facebook cover!?!
Si il Colorado e fantastico e ne sono innamorato di questo stato da favola.
I wish there was an Olympic swimming summer and winter training camps there.
11. Joe Kenda from Homicide Hunter TV show was work in Colorado Springs.
Seven Falls? You must visit Seven Falls, one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the world
Do they still have the huge trout's on the little lake?
Some of the Olympic Center pictures are from Chula Vista California. Not Colorado Siprings.
GOOD

Can you walk to these places from downtown? (Besides pikes peak obviously)
No, but close to downtown is America the Beautiful Park.
You CAN walk to them but it takes three days. Day and a half on horseback.
What about, 7 Falls, St Mary's Falls, Paint Mines etc.

Hey! My mom goes to that castle for madricles!!

That’s in manitou springs
☝🏼 #8 Olympic Training Center pictured is in Chula Vista, CA (near San Diego).
Luis Pulido they have an olympic training place there too

This isn't a video, it's a slide show. Please write that into the title, so that we don't need to click it.
How could you not put dragonmans place up here. Smh
Strain Hunter there’s so much you’re bound to miss something out
The photo that advertises this video is not real. There is no lake in front of Garden of the Gods nor Pike’s Peak.
Pass......
Don’t go to Palmer Park! It is boring and very dangerous.
BTS_12369 hows it dangerous? Just asking never been there
For one there Is a lot of drugs and homeless people there and two just this week they were investigating a murder that happened there. also there is gang activity around there.
BTS_12369 dam, that sucks. It looks like a beautiful place to live.
BTS_12369 do you know any good areas for affordable apartments?

Kris Kolemann any major tourist city has that problem now, especially out west in mild climates.
Not sure where you were, but that's not correct.
You must have strayed into a Pentecostal church.
