Use it too. I stopped even spraying it anymore. I use an eyedropper to drip it on, a wide, flat, soft brush to spread it around, and put it on pretty heavy over a good ten minutes, building it up as it dries and levels. Gives an amazing result. The clear windows I just dip into a bowl of it. Not a show quality shine, but a great, easy, simple, inexpensive way to gloss your average build you're not going to show with. Maybe best of all, the air extractor isn't even needed.
Hi Doc. just found and subscribed to your videos. A quick FYI: to remove Future; Wendix will strip it off even after it has dried. Now even though I'm a plane guy, I can dig your car culture, so the temptation is rising Stay well
A little Windex helps the Future flow much better especially in a dry climate. I ALWAYS clear the decals, helps level everything level out and protects them in the weathering process.
Doc. As always great tips. Love your tutorials. I find my self watching your videos instead of building most of the time lol... Now I gotta try future again. Stuff never works for me...
Doc, I wasn't aware you had a series of clinic videos. That's awesome! I learned more in the 11 minutes of these two videos than I have watching a dozen other videos. I can't wait to see the decals. Is this what you're using the Stuka kit for? Is the Iwata M2 your main airbrush?
cool! i like your hobby and i will customize my "little rides" soon too! you are my mentor! but i have lots of 1:43 models and 2,3 over 1:25 ! but ill buy more! keep up the good work!
Doc, Great vids as always, but two questions, first what do you clean the future out of the airbrush with? Second whats the purpose of the white papers in your paint booth?
Hi doc..I am new to modelling and I have watch your video on spraying pledge multysurface wax is made by klear hope you can help I have a airbrush to or should I use a brush not sure will it bust my airbrush.. Pete.
Nobody ever talks about how we get the hood to fit right after 2 or 3 coats of primer and 2 o r3 coats of paint then possible 2 or 3 coats of clearcoat. What's the secret? The Mac attack
great video and just in time too for my Richard Petty 69 Torino, I'm jut getting ready to put the decals on. quick question what do you use to hold the parts on the sticks for painting
Hi doc, how are you? Here in my country we don't have Future or any other product with the same formula. Do you think that regular liquid floor polish can work as well? Tks
Ok, thanks for your response. I also like to say I really enjoy your video's, you're helping a lot of people and it matters a great deal to us modelers. I know it's a lot of work to do a video so I thank you for your time and effort to help us fellow modelers make better models, it's greatly appreciated...thanks again -Rick

Awesome! what a difference airbrushing future makes. Even though it does look good brushing it on, the airbrush makes a huge difference
I've been using the Pledge for awhile now, works great.

what is Future clear? is it Future floor product?
Great stuff, its self leveling even with a brush. What kind of compressor are you using?

Nobody ever talks about how we get the hood to fit right after 2 or 3 coats of primer and 2 o r3 coats of paint then possible 2 or 3 coats of clearcoat. What's the secret? The Mac attack
The secret is to sand it in the raw styrene until it fits a little loose. Then it will fit just right with primer and paint.
great video and just in time too for my Richard Petty 69 Torino, I'm jut getting ready to put the decals on. quick question what do you use to hold the parts on the sticks for painting

Does the future have build up, can I still do my line panels after?
Hi Doc, I was wondering if using future will cause any harm to the airbrush.
wraith20072007 None whatsoever but you want to rinse the brush really well with water and or window washing liquid.
Ok, thanks for your response. I also like to say I really enjoy your video's, you're helping a lot of people and it matters a great deal to us modelers. Can I use pledge floor care multi surface finish? This was the only stuff I could find locally. Is it different from the pledge future?
If it is the one with the blue boots picture yes, it's the same
Future Clear is discontinued, Pledge with "future" is the replacement
It is now called Pledge Revive It.
Hey dude, good video. Where are you getting your plastic bottles?
On the web. Look up plastic containers/bottles.
I want to know what do you use to clean your airbrush after using Future?
I use my regular method which is to break down the AB and put it into a solution of half window cleaner half water in a sonic wave jewelry cleaner.
hi thanks for the video. i have a question will the future damage my airbrush? someone told me not to use it because it might damage mt airbrush.. i dont know what to believe
What kind of airbrush do you have? I use future clear all the time and it's never damaged my Iwatas or my Paasche airbrushes.
