So, I feel like there MUST be something we are meant to do with those stones that require energy to move around. I just can't figure out what, and I have not been able to find any videos that have solved this. Thoughts?

Why are the numbers in this order? Sorry I think I missed something as I knew the numbers but not the order

The tape recorder below the batteries lists the locations, and is where the number order comes from. I had to go looking for it myself, but I knew the clue had to be there somewhere.

The numbers are in ascending order from the locations. So 3 then 5 then 7 then 23 then 41
