Meanwhile, Lana (Emmanuelle Chriqui) shares her frustrations with Kyle (Erik Valdez). I don't blame them. Tal Rho manipulated a lot of people in Smallville, and they lost a lot of themselves in the process. But in order for this town to rebuild, they're gonna have to learn to trust each other again.

They're scape goating the Cushings. Everybody in town chooses to forget that the whole town was sipping the cool-aid. Lois was the only person that was against Edge and they all treated her like crap.

@@wkadalie I was just about to say this. Lois called Edge out for weeks on end and was looked at like a fool. Now because everything she predicted would happen would, they wanna play victim.
The Mayor (George Dean) was one of the biggest supporters of Morgan Edge. So if anyone in Smallville should be singled out for blame, shouldn't it be the person in charge? This guy who was disparaging Lana was probably cheerleading for Edge as well.

What I love most about this scene, is how her husband’s love and support shines thru. He believes in her, no jealousy, no malice, he truly see’s the bigger picture. She is exactly what Smallville needs.
the worst part is that this farmers are correct in a point, no one really knew who tal rho really was and that gives lana disadvantage alongside others, but a political cant make the entire population happy even when they count with other votes

Doomsday's appearance has some shoes to fill. Many will compare this version to the live-action Krypton show, where he was perfect in every way

Weird thing is, the showrunner of this show is also the guy who was in charge for the Flash Seasons 4 and 5. I guess less episodes make a better story and better writing. Well, except for Titans.
Because they would rather hire activists from Twitter and FanFiction to write their show for them. Lol.

But Clark knows full well he's not a God, and shouldn't be perceived as such. Therefore, he refrains from endorsing politicians, because that's just telling people who to vote for. Superman is not for politics, he's for free will.

Cuz she's indirectly responsible for the things Tal-Rho/Morgan Edge did. Sure she wasn't aware, but that doesn't mean people wouldn't or shouldn't be skeptical.

Like wasn't Lois like this man is shady don't trust his ass and the town told her to shut up about it because of jobs? So I really don't know why folks want to put the Morgan edge thing on Lana and her husband. There was no campaign. Nobody needed to be convinced. Morgan said he would bring in jobs and the town gave him a blank check to do whatever he wanted.
The loan thing though, is definitely a real cause for concern. Because how you recommending this product without knowing the details? Ain't it your job to know? And then maybe he could say that it was because of bad loans that ruined the town and made them vulnerable to vultures like Morgan edge that fed on our desperation.
I wonder if Clark knew about what was going on Smallville before him and his family moved down there?

At the very least she signed and allowed people she grew up with to sign TERRIBLE loan deals without fully reading and understanding them herself. As a Loan Officer that is YOUR ONE JOB. She is either an imcopetent loan officer or she deliberatly made them sign bad loans. That has nothing to do with Edge being a full on supervillain. I love how they showed Jordan's powers getting stronger in the past 2 episodes. I hope Jordan doesn't fall back into his little hole he climbed out of. Sarah was the first person Jordan opened up to and let all of his feelings be known and to be himself around someone. I hope Clark can comfort Jordan and help him though this rough time with Sarah. I hope Jordan, Jonathan and Natalie can bond and become closer just like siblings. I hope Natalie can help Jordan with this rough time too and support him. I hope that Jordan, Jonathan, Clark/Superman, Jhon henry irons, Genral lane, Mitch Anderson-new D.O.D guy and with Lucy's help can create a plan to take down doomsday. I think that Clark may be temporarily killed by doomsday and then his mother or Tal-rho can reserect him. I think that Lucy being in the cast and going to visit them will cause some turmoil because how will Lois and Clark explain Jordan's powers and Natalie comming from another Earth? If this Lucy is similar to the Lucy who played on supergirl then she will know Clark is superman and might know about the mulitiverse or different planets so it could be easier to explain but either way it will be hard. I think that the Cushing's will find out the Kent secret because with Natalie being there now to someone is bound to slip up and reveal it. Mabye Sarah comes to make amends with Jordan at the Kent home and doomsday attacks? I'm so excited for this season!
