Rimiru is a direct example of "Fuck about, and find out." They're practically that embodied. Rimiru is a good person. If they wanted to, they could EASILY have conquered a massive empire totally unstoppably, but instead they just have a happy little city full of happy peaceful people where they live a quiet, happy life in peace and goes around helping whoever they can whenever they can and coming to help anyone who asks... or even people who never asked but just needed and Rimiru heard about it. And then someone thinks that because Rimiru is NICE, and is not AMBITIOUS, and is satisfied with what they have... that Rimiru is WEAK. And they fuck about. And they find out. In a BIG way. That this world's newest GOD is a slime. And they should be thanking EVERY OTHER god in the pantheon that they're a KIND god because it is doubtful that anything short of the entire rest of the pantheon could stop them when they decide to Make An Example.
In the movie, there is music going on during the scene (it comes in fully at the end of the clip.). To avoid a copyright claim, the uploader isolated the audio track and only had it play during dialogue.
as someone who watched this series when it was first being released rimaru could replicate items down to the very molecular level including enchantments and that all happened before he became a demon lord. what was stopping him here from asking to see the crown and then fully analyzing every aspect of it down to the way the curse was placed on it and then creating the same tiara minus the curse. by technicality that wouldn't be him breaking the curse there is continuity error written all over this movie but you know what im ok with that
Because she wouldnt want that , remember that crown is seen as a relic that has been passed down for centuries , and their kingdom is essentially built off its power , a power connected to violet who is very powerful in her own right , even if they allowed him to do it , that wouldnt have solved the underlying cause of it all which is violet wanting a vessel , they most likely thought that violet would punish them (the kingdom) if they ever meddled with the crown in any way , also its also obvious that even without all those factors , there was still violets servamt that would still do everything in his power to make sure violet gets her new body , which was one of the reasons he kept poisoning the water and messing with different aspects in the kingdom . so tdlr either way that wouldnt have solved much in the bigger picture especially since rimuru didnt know the full extent until the end of the movie
the tiara didn't generate magic out of nowhere (only azathoth and satan can do that), she was borrowing viola's power from the underworld (primordials are WAY more powerful in the underworld than the cardinal world), had rimuru made another tiara he would have been the one giving her power and rimuru's magicules are still much MUCH less than a primordial's

Wow, I haven't seen this movie, and yet after this scene, I already hate this movie. They should have just made season 4 instead of going after a money grab. This movie does not even correlate with the series in any way. So this was an entirely detached storyline that no one asked for. Not to mention, I don't like that they animated Remuru bowing to this sick queen. As the ruler of Tempest, he should not bow to anyone. That detail was specifically touched upon in the manga and web novel.
I’ve only seen clips of this series, so I definitely cannot say if I agree with your statement or not. However, producing such series costs money, which generally comes from investors that want a significant return for their contribution. So, I guess this movie is the means of cashing in on the popularity of the series to keep the investors happy, and their contributions flowing.

It's more of a produced tonic based on Queens Jelly but they really should express that better
