It works it mine keeps crashing on my minecraft so I used this one and so I factory reset the iPad and I re-installed minecraft and I could play minecraft with no crashing

I did exactly as you said and in the end it still required the original owners details in order to proceed forward with the activation lock mode.

what did i do wrong after doing the restore the itune started downloading update and i waited to finished but the ipad rebooted and booted to the disabled screen is my cable defective? or i need to update the ipad first while its disabled
Try again the iPad probably went out of recovery mode during download

Maybe this was the old way with so many key options. In Monterey the up, down, hold power quickly was only needed once. No other button presses. Also readers in Monterey you no longer use iTunes it’s all done in explorer now.
