    The best way to pay student debt, is by not getting student debt at all

    @yudi I’d recommend not advertising Prodigy so much, my initial interest rate on my loan has gone from 8+% to 14+% which is insane on USD. You’re better off lending from a reputed Indian bank with a fixed interest rate of around 8 or 9%

      Hello Nilav, I am currently a Masters student. Do I need to provide co- signer details in the application. I have a loan with prodigy and I want to refinance it to leap.

    Hi Yudi. So Leap finance, Mpower finance and Prodigy finance are almost similar right in terms of interest rates and colleges they support?

    The difference is not a big difference because the dollar appreciates against the INR by 3%. 8% in dollars is a night mare in dollars.

      Not sure I understand but if you are paying 13% interest vs 8% you will save some money

      33k in i20 is pretty low tbh. I20 includes the cost of attendance and not tuition alone. Did you receive any scholarships/assistant ships from them?

    @Yudi Great video, I didn't find much videos about refinancing education loans in india. Do you know any other financial instituions other than leap finance and mpower financing that refinances indian education loan.

    • @YudiJ
      @YudiJ  Před 5 měsíci

      I don’t, but there is another technique people use - they get a personal loan which is 7-8% interest rate and then pay off education and then slowly pay off personal loan
