Art of Animation is amazing! We’ve stayed 2x and I’m having trouble committing to trying a deluxe resort because I love it so much. The resort is like another theme park making it great for kids. If AOA put a slide in I’d never stay anywhere else. No shared bus routes makes up for the transfer on the skyliner.
Same! We do split stays so we can try other resorts for a few days then stay most of the time at AOA ☺️
Nahhh girl you have to try the family suites! They are our favorites! You are right all the problems you listed are not in the family suites. All the other buildings are way newer so all the problems are not there. This is literally our favorite resort on property 🥰🥰🥰 is it pricey… yes but for my family of 5 almost 6 it’s perfect! For 8 nights 4 park days last year it was about $9,000. Btw those ears change color in the sun my girls and I have them and they are amazing 🥰

This is a very fair and well thought out review! We stayed in the Cars suite last year and really enjoyed it (we had our dog with us, so that was a nice perk of staying here). I completely agree with the pool and splash pad are a big perk and it s a very toddler friendly hotel. I also agree that being able the mobil order is a big perk!!!!!

My daughter loves fun of course, I like a friendly budget, and my husband likes a quiet room. This helps so much!
I highly recommend Pop Century and requesting the 50s section. Budget friendly, quiet and not a far walk at all from main hall.

AOA has my heart❤ pricey, but love the family suites and all of the Disney theming. My 3 year old constantly talks about how he can’t wait to go back to the resort to see Lightning McQueen.
We went in January this year and the skyliner was down for the exact week we were there.. 😕 hoping it’s up and running for our trip next year!
Never stayed there but it was fun walking around the resort for my son who’s Cars obsessed. Love resort hopping on the skyliner. The theming is so cute but paper thin walls 🥴
My fave is the pop century - I prefer that over AOA. Love the skyliner to Epcot and HS. Yes, walks are very thin at AOA.
My family loved the suites - 2 bathrooms were well worth the higher price.

We are staying at little mermaid in January. I didn’t know the walls are paper thin, do you think it will be an issue if you have a fussy toddler?
Do you have any footage of all star music?? We’re staying for 3 nights after thanksgiving and it was the only rooms left lol. Is it basically the same as all star movies standard rooms?
They are basically the same rooms 👌🏼 Music is a fun one too!

Yes, they are quieter and a much better layout.
@@thepixiedustedmom thanks!! We’re booked for movies..and was going back and forth on doing the LM room bc I love aoa our first Disney trip ever was aoa in cars suite my son was 3..las spring we stayed at riverside and this time I booked movies for January 2024 bc it was the cheapest..
