1. Marrow restaurant is in the process of repairing the building and reopening
2. Civic Square Apartments getting an update
3. Silver Lake Crossings apartments are coming along!
4. Some Houses in Lowertown are demolished and the owner of the Bryk on Broadway is going to develop the property
5. New business going into the Bryk on Broadway opening in August
6. Boman Tool is now going to be Rochester Sign Company in part of the building
7. Subway in Byron is getting updates and new ownership
8. The freestanding building in Byron is getting improvements near Kwik Trip
9. Family Dollar in Stewartville is in the process of being built
10. Land in Byron is going to be developed into Stone Haven Apartments by Black Swan
11.SEH new sign is up just off of West Circle Drive
12. Homeward Bound Animal Clinic is now open in the old Meadow Lakes Clubhouse
13.New Ethiopian convenient store is open in the North Gate Shopping Center
