Local press or mainstream it’s getting your product promoted .. no interview .. no one knows you’re releasing a product .. You the subject knows you’re answering the same question.. but the people on the reading end most like won’t have access or be reading the other interviews !! If you do an interview with MuchMusic, MTV has to pay MuchMusic to air those interview answers or use them in any form. If ABC wants to use it, they have buy it. If a local news station wants to use it, they have to pay for it. That's why celebrities WHO ARE PAID MILLIONS have to give interviews to multiple outlets. Mary J can go be a carpenter if answering questions about herself is too annoying.
