No beating around the bush or adding extra comments for no reason. This is by far one of the best demonstration videos I have seen. Excellent job.
Thank You!
Yes, we appreciate it @@PYR-Auto
Thanks i need a change... Thanks
Outstanding, thank you. The a-hole at the GMC dealership wanted to charge me $65 for the labor, and $40 for the filter. $110 plus tax. The same filter from Amazon- $22. Time to change it out: 5 minutes. Time saved:2 hrs. Money saved- $88.
Glad it helped
Great video. Concise and to the point. No crazy 2-3 minute Intro, just sticking to the task at hand which was changing the cabin filter on a GMC Sierra. Thanks again. I'll Use this as a refresher when I change my cabin filter.

Too easy thx
You're welcome!
Great video but you should add that if the damper gets fully retracted, you want to pull it out and then attach it first before popping the door in.
Thank You!!!
You're Welcome!

Thank you for the support! It is appreciated!
I had to install the shock absorber at the same time when putting the glove box back on

You're Welcome!
Dampening latch came loose and fell off when rewatching glove box any quick solution to fixing that?
Wow, this looks so easy to do! Thanks for this video and a quick question if I may… How often do these filters need to be replaced?
It is generally recommended to replace cabin filters every 10k-15k miles or about once a year
This and a $10 filter is what my dealership wanted $90 for lol
💯
I’m an idiot. Asked my dealer to change cabin filter and they charged $109 usd for Labour and $45 usd for parts. Lmao. Next time I’ll do it myself.
Will a dirty filter effect my ac temp ?
it can affect the force of the airflow but I don't think I have seen a dirty air filter affect the temperature of the air
@@PYR-Auto ok got the new one in . Added refrigerant blowing cold but my question is seems like I’m getting a lot of condensation under the truck when I run the . Could this be a leak ?? It just feels and smells like water
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
stealership charged $70 to do this. Never again 😭
The gmc store would have charged us 90$instead of the 12$and 4min
I thought there were 2 filters
Dealership just asked $99 to replace mine 🤣
I believe it!
Dang your tiny hands!!! I cannot make that hinge snap back into place.
I take mine out blow it with air hose spray it with free Breeze put it back in !
My truck ( 2019 Sierra) is due for one but right now I’m waiting for a an evap emissions part. Been waiting for two months. Once the part comes in I am putting it up for sale. With the union voting themselves a 33% pay raise the cost of upkeep on the big 3 will skyrocket. Love my truck but I just have to say, no more!
I loved this video very easily to understand. I changed the filter by myself. 👍💪😉🫡 Thanks.
Nice! You're Welcome!
